The hand-embroidered wool rug Tumulus is the latest creation by Samuel Accoceberry for Toulemonde Bochart. Following his artistic approach, which reflects the craftsmanship of Indian workshops, Accoceberry has imagined a pattern that highlights the exceptional skill of the weavers. These talented craftsmen are able to create volumes and reliefs using weaving techniques, especially boucle or cut velvet. The bold shape of this rug, composed of 3 colored petals, elegantly occupies space while drawing attention to the heart of the composition. Hand-made using the tufting technique, this Tumulus displays its lines with great precision and offers a velvety surface that evokes the tranquility of a Zen garden. The Yellow Hand-Embroidered Wool Rug in its saffron version creates a warm harmony through shades of yellow and brown, while the Blue Tumulus presents a cooler palette of colors. The deceptively round shape of this rug with a simple pattern allows it to blend harmoniously into an entrance hall or living room. It should be noted that this wool rug is easy to maintain.
